DREAM THERAPY
Dream interpretation offers valuable insights into your subconscious mind, helping you uncover hidden emotions, patterns, issues and beliefs stored in implicit memory. Dream therapy uses specialised techniques to reconstruct and integrate scenarios by consciously dreaming forward in real time.
Somatic Focus
