A Space For You

I offer online individual sessions for counselling, dream therapy and mentoring, or in person walk and talk or nature sessions for Gold Coast locals. I also host small groups throughout the year.

Heal your heart

I specialise in relational wellbeing, including support after blindsiding breakups, discards, or ghosting. Understanding insecure attachment patterns, unhealthy relationship & friendship dynamics, separation, heartbreak, betrayal, trust, abandonment wounds, enmeshment and emotional manipulation and abuse.

Grief & Loss

Experiencing the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, or life stage can feel overwhelming and isolating. Grief and the changes that follow touch every part of us. I offer a compassionate space to express your pain, reflect, process and integrate your emotions and to rebuild meaning after loss at your own pace.

Together, we can explore the rupture, understand your own patterns, reactions and tensions and build compassionate communication skills that honour your boundaries and needs.

Neurodivergence

As a neurodivergent affirming counsellor, I support and empower you through life’s challenges by honouring your natural neurology and worldview. I also offer a pre-diagnosis space where you can safely question your own neurodivergence outside of a diagnostic setting. Or a post-diagnosis space to help you integrate how your diagnosis now fits into your identity.

Authentic you

Who are you really? Underneath roles, expectations, outdated beliefs and old survival patterns. Identity and meaning are formed in many ways. If you find yourself questioning who you are, I help you reconnect with your true self. Let go of people-pleasing, anxiety and self-doubt and live in alignment as you choose to be.

Dream Therapy

Nightmares

Nightmares are often subconscious messages wanting to become known. Together, we can explore distressing, scary, overwhelming or worrying dreams, helping to reduce or stop their intensity and frequency. Identifying underlying emotions, themes and fears, helps to gain deeper understanding and clarity, whilst renewing a sense of sleep agency.

Recurring Dreams

Recurring dreams often point to ongoing themes, beliefs, emotions or patterns that haven’t been fully explored or brought into conscious awareness. I offer a guided space to work with these dreams and help you uncover what the dream may be expressing, often bringing clarity, insight and understanding to the repeating patterns in your dreams.

Grief Dreams

Dreams that arise after loss can be vivid, emotional, comforting, confusing or unsettling. I offer a caring space to explore your dreams, whilst honouring the relationship, loss and emotions involved. Supporting the grief process through dreams, can help to reduce distress, bring a sense of continuity or meaning and help to navigate life after loss.

Transformative Dreams

Big dreams feel especially important, staying with us vividly long afterwards, whereas healing dreams carry a sense of support, reassurance or insight. Whether your dream feels expansive, profound, restorative, lucid, or otherworldly, I offer a grounded way of exploring and working with your dream that can bring deeper clarity and coherence.

Daydreams & Imagination

Daydreams and fantasies are a natural part of imagination and inner life, offering insights into needs, wishes, desires, visions and emotional states. I offer a reflective space to explore your inner narratives, foster imagination and boost creativity, helping you unlock your personal expression and gain greater understanding and self-awareness.

Psychedelic Integration

If you’ve had an experience in the past with psychedelics that feels negative or unprocessed, this session supports the integration of your journey using experiential dreamwork techniques. We explore the images involved, helping to process emotional integration, gain insight, clarity and grounding.

Groupwork

I run various groups at different times of the year for therapeutic support, parts work, and dreamwork.
