I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change your appointment. If you contact me more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, cancel or reschedule at no extra cost.

If you fail to attend your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your session fee will be charged.
